The challenges mainly arise when a woman faces the world of work and motherhood, since she must become a multitasking person who must not only respond to her work responsibilities, as a woman, but also as a mother. It is true that some companies have worked on this, and have adjusted the working conditions of mothers and their children, there is still a long way to go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hundreds of women have found themselves in the dilemma of choosing between having children or having a career, because society has made them feel that these purposes are divorced and that they are impediments to achieving one or the other. But in turn, society is also in charge of pointing out women who decide for one thing or another, or when they combine them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition, some companies prefer women without children and also choose to open more spaces for men than for women, taking into account that at the time of conception the conditions can change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The International Labor Organization (ILO<\/strong>) revealed that \u00ab45 percent of women do not return to their working hours after having a child.
