Las personas suelen comer mientras est\u00e1n en el celular, pensando en algo que tienen pendiente o inclusive sinti\u00e9ndose estresados por lo que ya sucedi\u00f3. Al practicar el mindfoodness, se puede erradicar estos pensamientos negativos que est\u00e1n en el pasado o en el futuro y as\u00ed concentrarse en el momento presente.
