Tu cerebro relacionar\u00e1 este aroma con la hora del sue\u00f1o por lo que tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1 ayudarte. Prueba establecer una rutina, porque todo lo que hagas durante 21 d\u00edas se vuelve un h\u00e1bito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trucos-para-combatir-el-estr-s-y-la-ansiedad-al-ir-a-dormir\"><strong>Trucos para combatir el estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad al ir a dormir<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, el estr\u00e9s es una raz\u00f3n para no poder dormir. Por eso, te recomendamos anotar tus pendientes antes de ir a la cama ya que esto puede reducir el estr\u00e9s. Otro factor que no nos permite dormir bien es la ansiedad. En este caso, puedes probar el intentar no dormir. Aunque suene absurdo, un estudio realizado por la Universidad de Glasgow concluy\u00f3 que las personas que trataban de mantenerse despiertas estaban menos ansiosas, lo que les permiti\u00f3 conciliar el sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hay-siestas-que-es-preferible-evitar\"><strong>Hay siestas que es preferible evitar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Te recomendamos evitar las siestas despu\u00e9s de las 3 de la tarde, ya que pueden afectar el sue\u00f1o nocturno. Recuerda que la cama es un espacio de descanso.
