Entre los problemas cardiovasculares m\u00e1s comunes est\u00e1n; hipertensi\u00f3n, hiperglucemia, glucosa o colesterol elevado. Los factores de riesgo son: antecedentes familiares, tabaquismo, diabetes, obesidad y falta de ejercicio. Por esta raz\u00f3n, es importante cuidar de este \u00f3rgano vital, aprende c\u00f3mo a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"933\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bmicos.com\/ecuador\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2023\/09\/Iniciar-una-vida-mas-relajada-1024x933.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8650\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-iniciar-una-vida-mas-relajada\"><strong>Iniciar una vida m\u00e1s relajada: <\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El estr\u00e9s no es bueno para el coraz\u00f3n, porque aumenta la presi\u00f3n arterial, el colesterol y los triglic\u00e9ridos. Por lo tanto, es necesario aprender a manejar bien el tiempo, tomarse un descanso, practicar actividades de autocuidado como: cantar, bailar, caminar, meditar, comer y dormir bien. Cada persona debe descubrir qu\u00e9 actividad le ayuda a desconectar, que sea sencilla de aplicar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cuidar lo que se come:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay alimentos que son muy buenos para el coraz\u00f3n como el pescado, especialmente el salm\u00f3n, la trucha y las sardinas. Asimismo, los frutos secos son excelentes, al igual que las frutas y verduras; porque controlan la presi\u00f3n arterial y proporcionan nutrientes esenciales. Por otro lado, se recomienda evitar las grasas saturadas o trans, el exceso de az\u00facar y los alimentos fritos, que pueden ser reemplazados por alimentos preparados al vapor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ejercitar el coraz\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una gran manera de fortalecer este \u00f3rgano es mantenerse activo. Los ejercicios m\u00e1s recomendados son los aer\u00f3bicos. Entre las mejores actividades para el coraz\u00f3n est\u00e1n: bailar, montar en bicicleta, caminar, jugar tenis, nadar. Si se cuenta con antecedentes familiares de patolog\u00edas del coraz\u00f3n o riesgos vasculares, se sugiere tomar m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n y acudir cada dos a cinco a\u00f1os a consulta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Identificar las se\u00f1ales de alerta:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la persona presenta los siguientes s\u00edntomas, se debe solicitar atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"a\">\n<li><strong>Dolor en el brazo:<\/strong> Es un dolor que se extiende a lo largo del brazo izquierdo, es un s\u00edntoma com\u00fan de un ataque card\u00edaco. Ocurre porque los nervios tanto del coraz\u00f3n como del brazo env\u00edan se\u00f1ales a las mismas c\u00e9lulas del cerebro. Como resultado, el cerebro no a\u00edsla la fuente de dolor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dolor de pecho: <\/strong>Sucede cuando el coraz\u00f3n no est\u00e1 recibiendo suficiente sangre u ox\u00edgeno. A este malestar se le llama angina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dificultad para respirar:<\/strong> Cuando el coraz\u00f3n tiene problemas para bombear sangre, puede ocasionar que el fluido salga hacia los pulmones, lo que provoca dificultad para respirar. A esto se lo conoce como insuficiencia card\u00edaca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inflamaci\u00f3n de piernas y pies:<\/strong> Cuando el coraz\u00f3n no est\u00e1 funcionando bien, el flujo sangu\u00edneo es lento. Por esta raz\u00f3n, se acumula en los tejidos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Para cuidar del coraz\u00f3n se debe: reducir el estr\u00e9s, mantener una alimentaci\u00f3n y peso saludable, hacer ejercicio, evitar malos h\u00e1bitos como fumar, controlar el colesterol y visitar al m\u00e9dico peri\u00f3dicamente. Se debe recordar que la mejor cura es la prevenci\u00f3n.
