5 REASONS WHY NUTRITION IS IMPORTANT

Nutrition is the process by which the human body assimilates the nutrients from the food that are eaten through digestion processes, as well as the channeling of these nutrients into the blood and cells. However, nutrition is important for other reasons that undoubtedly play an important role in how we go about our daily tasks.

The truth is that all bodies have different metabolisms and therefore different needs. On the occasion of the nutritionist's day we have prepared a list of 5 reasons why it is imperative to understand the role that nutrition plays in the functioning of the body.

 1.- Eating salad frequently not only helps to maintain the line, but also helps regulate intestinal functions, to prevent constipation and reduce cholesterol.

 2.- Exercising is vital in nutrition, as it helps nutrients adhere better to the body and its processes.

 3.- Not skipping any meal of the day is important to be able to eat a balanced diet. Not having dinner or breakfast affects our body much more than you think.

 4.- Decreasing the amount of fat ingested helps to be healthier and have a good line. Whenever you can, substitute fried for roasted.

 5.- Increasing the intake of fiber in cereals is very beneficial for digestion processes in general.
