Every year in Ecuador youth employment is promoted through this Job Fair where brands like BMI look for their future talents. More than 20,000 young people gathered at this meeting that promoted the first job among students from universities in the city of Quito.
This fair, as every year, will help us to start our BMI Training School, in which multiple interns from various areas get to know BMI from its simplest processes through all management areas.
The Quito 2018 Employment Fair was organized by Multitrabajos.com on May 19 and 20 at the Centro de Eventos Bicentenario, with the participation of several companies including BMI as the employer company. In the video Johanna Arias, Human Talent Analyst, exposes her criteria for the fair; and also images of the Human Talent team who were considered to give a talk called: "My first job" are recorded.
