During the event, our BMI family was excited to have a new product that benefits more families with real protection.
And we have to say it: we came together to go beyond just presenting a new insurance policy, we came together to commit to world-class service and learn about the many possibilities to offer a customer-centric experience, a concept developed by Jonathan Madrigal, our Director of Excellence, whom we thank for his time and support in the area of innovation. Together we have the participation of Juan Carlos Chavez, our Senior Vice President of Strategy and Local Operations, who shared with us part of the vision and projects that are coming to start building the next 50 of this great company.
We learned about the new Vive II Plan and its entire health and wellness ecosystem through several panelists. Thanks to the participation of Luis Cañas, Commercial Manager of BMI Costa Rica, Carlos Chiny who is the General Manager of Total Travel Services and Lorena Gil Manager of Sigma Solutions Developers who are our allies in Costa Rica to provide the Plan Vive II service.
In addition, we had the words of our General Manager Ricardo Loew who took advantage of his time to remind us how important it is to live and know how to live; In addition, to be excited about living 50 more years together as a BMI family.
