At the 12th Insurance Congress, BMI Seguros Costa Rica was awarded two important distinctions for the second consecutive year by the Chamber of Insurance Intermediaries (CIS):
- First place in the Personal Insurance category
- First place in the CIS Index Award 2025
Both recognitions are the result of the evaluation conducted by 100% of the CIS-affiliated brokerage firms, through the CIS Index 2024 study, developed independently by RETAILATAM Business Solutions.
This instrument measures the quality of insurance service based on criteria such as technical and commercial management, agility in claims, available resources and tools, as well as the overall satisfaction of intermediaries.
The study, which compiled more than 400 surveys, highlighted BMI's high level of performance in key areas such as:
- Agility in responding to new market needs
- Ease of contact and specialized attention to the intermediary
- Strengthening technological tools and support platforms
- Clarity in product and contract conditions
Furthermore, BMI received a high recommendation rate from brokers, reflecting the market's confidence in the service quality and experience-focused approach of both the broker and the client.
As part of this congress, held in May, BMI also participated with a Formula 1-inspired themed booth, allowing attendees to experience the thrill of a race through an immersive experience.
