“Smart Nutrition” with Dr. Geosiris Figueroa
The keynote address was given by nutrition expert Geosiris Figueroa, who gave a master class on how "smart eating" can transform our health and quality of life.
During his presentation, he explained the pillars of a balanced diet, highlighting the importance of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats), as well as vitamins, minerals, fiber, and water.
She also debunked common myths about food, helping attendees make more informed and conscious decisions about what they consume.

Dr. Geosiris highlighted the benefits of adopting a healthy diet, including:
