BMI provides various insurance related services through this Site. These services may include, but are not limited to, policy information, online policy purchasing, policy management, online claim filing, customer support, and account management. Please note that the availability of these services may vary and is subject to the terms and conditions of each specific service. All services provided through this Site are intended for your personal, non-commercial use.
As a User, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account or using our services. You agree to promptly update any information you provide to us to keep it accurate, current, and complete. With respect to payments made through our Site, please note that all insurance premium payments, once received and processed, are not subject to refund under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of policy cancellation, adjustment, or modification. The non-refundable nature of these payments is due to BMI's immediate assumption of risk upon activation of your insurance policy. We strongly encourage all of our policyholders to carefully evaluate their decision in relation to their unique financial situations, needs, and goals before making premium payments on our Site. It is your responsibility to read, understand and agree to this no refund policy before making any premium payments online.
All trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names displayed on the Site are the exclusive property of BMI or its affiliated companies. Any use or misuse of the Trademarks without the prior written consent of BMI is strictly prohibited. The design, layout, content, and organization of the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio, and video content, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are strictly prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, or exploiting in any way the design and content of the Site for commercial or private purposes without our prior written consent.

At BMI, we do not store your credit card information on our systems. Instead, we use a third-party payment processor (“BLUE”) to handle credit card transactions. This service complies with all industry-recognized security and encryption standards to keep your information safe. They only use the information necessary to complete the required process. By making a payment, you agree that your card information will be transmitted to AZUL to process the transaction. We recommend that you read AZUL's privacy policies to better understand how they handle and protect your information. Please note that we are responsible for the security of your information while it is in our hands, but we are not responsible for AZUL's security policies and practices.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Site, without notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct that is detrimental to the interests of BMI or other users, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Site will immediately cease.
These Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. You and we agree that the courts of the Dominican Republic will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

This includes but is not limited to damages arising from: (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (c) any third party conduct or content on the Site, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; (d) any content obtained from the Site; (e) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BMI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors from and against all losses, liabilities, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees), damages, judgments and claims of any kind and nature, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
