For the third consecutive year, BMI Ecuador was awarded the first place in the Health Insurance category and the second place in Customer Experience nationwide, distinction awarded by Praxis Ecuador within the framework of the study PXI – Praxis Experience IndexThis award ceremony, organized by Vistazo Magazine, highlights the company's commitment to providing exceptional service and a high-level experience to its customers and affiliates.
The PXI, developed by Praxis, captures the perceptions of various sectors that interact with brands and companies, establishing a benchmark for measuring customer experience, according to Vistazo Magazine.
The awards ceremony was held at the Bankers Club of Guayaquil, where Jorge Cavagnaro, editor-in-chief of Vistazo, welcomed representatives from participating companies, including CEOs, executives, and special guests. At the event, Inti Jaramillo, general manager of Praxis Ecuador, presented the results of the study and highlighted the efforts companies are making to build strong relationships, foster loyalty, and offer memorable experiences to their customers.
In addition, executives of companies such as Tipti Y McDonald's shared their good practices, while Produbanco Y International Bank participated in a forum on the importance of cultivating a customer-centric culture. The day also included the Masterclass “CX Strategy”, dictated by Martin de Mussy, deputy manager of CX Multinacional CPCM in Chile, who delved into the strategic value of customer experience.
