BMI Ecuador held a breakfast with its main strategic partners, a special event held at the Sheraton Hotel in Quito, to announce new products and benefits for the company's policyholders.
The welcome was given by José Miguel Pérez, commercial manager of Sierra BMI Ecuador "I thank everyone for joining us. It's important to continue working together to innovate and respond to the needs of our policyholders. We've prepared several steps with the team that will undoubtedly be of great benefit."
Fátima Morales, customer service manager, spoke about the company's new value proposition: “Our goal is to offer agile and efficient service, so starting today we have new solutions to facilitate procedures for clients and brokers by optimizing internal processes."
As part of the presentation, Santiago Guevara, Commercial Manager of Individual Insurance in the Sierra Region of BMI Ecuador, highlighted that Pacific Credit Rating awarded BMI an AAA- rating to BMI Igualas Médicas and an AA rating to BMI del Ecuador, a testament to the company's strength and the trust we've built over time. Santiago was responsible for announcing the new benefits of the Innova Plan:
- Disability coverage of 80,000 to 100,000.
- Outpatient coverage of 15 is increased to 25 disability therapies.
- Organ transplants recognized by the WHO and the National Transplant Organization: Heart, Liver, Kidney, Bone Marrow. Coverage includes medical expenses for the living donor.
- Included in the Provider Network with a differentiated copayment percentage for hospital expenses in 90% in Quito: Vozandes Hospital, AXXIS Hospital, Clinica Pasteur, and Solca. In Guayaquil: Solca, Semedic, and Clínica Unión.
- New service at the Convention Outpatient Medical Centers in Quito and Guayaquil: PraxMed, Metrored, MediLink, Mediglobal.
- Metrored will maintain zero-fee care at all of its outpatient medical centers for the next six months.
Likewise, the Pharmacy Credit service was announced, through the Medicity and Económicas pharmacy networks, where customers can purchase their medications without reimbursement, paying only the co-payment percentage. Another advantage is the innovative products of the BMI 360 comprehensive care model: telemedicine, psychological consultations, and nutritional consultations. Users can access these by simply calling 02 400 0081, option 3.
At the end, it was a conducive environment for networking and exchanging ideas, which are vital for growth and adaptation in a constantly evolving sector.
