Yes, BMI will cover the cost of the diagnostic test when a health insured presents symptoms and is referred by a physician to be tested. BMI will pay by reimbursement after deductible has been reached. The insured must complete the Claim Form and submit it along with the invoice and paid receipt.

Will BMI cover the cost of the COVID-19 diagnostic test if it is performed in a country other than the country of residence stated in the policy?
