In a meeting marked by anticipation, networking, and the start of a new era for the company, BMI's strategic partners, brokers, and executives gathered on the rooftop of the LeParc Hotel, the setting chosen for a special occasion: the official presentation of Hugo Álvarez as the new CEO of BMI Ecuador.
During the welcoming remarks, Andrew Sierra, BMI President, highlighted:
“We are fortunate to add Hugo Álvarez, a new team member with many years of experience in the insurance industry. With his leadership, we will continue to guide this company toward great moments and an even stronger position. We are talking about BMI Ecuador, the most important country for the entire group, where we see a great opportunity to continue investing.”
Manuel Trujillo, VSP & Head of Latam Insurance at BMI, presented the figures that support the group's sustained growth in Ecuador. He also highlighted the improvement in the risk rating of BMI Igualas Médicas del Ecuador SA, which went from AAA- to AAA, and the AA+ rating maintained by BMI del Ecuador.
"My role doesn't end here. I will remain closely involved with the company, this country that has given me so much, and this team that I will continue to support. Without a doubt, we are about to reach a historic milestone with the growth plans we have for the coming years."
