Customer service refers to the set of actions focused on improving the consumer experience, turning it into a process to resolve people's problems and doubts. Through different channels, whether virtual or in-person, according to HubSpot. Praxis Human Xperience Ecuador and Vistazo Magazine recognize the importance of the experience that the customer has with the brand they consume, for this reason they carried out exhaustive research to analyze the service and attention of different brands that are present in the Ecuadorian market. In which they used the PXI (Praxis Xperience Index) methodology to analyze three dimensions of interaction such as effectiveness, ease and emotion, according to Vistazo Magazine. On June 19, 2024, the Bankers Club of Guayaquil was the scene of an outstanding event that brought together leaders from various key sectors of the Ecuadorian industry.
13 categories were covered, including: supermarkets, pharmacies, insurance, fashion, service stations, drinking water companies, fast food, service stations, mobile telephony, among others.
The day began at 9:30 with a breakfast accompanied by networking. Later, Jorge Cavagnaro, general director of Vistazo Magazine, shared some words of welcome. Followed by the presentation of Inti Jaramillo, general director of Praxis Ecuador, who emphasized the work that companies do to build loyalty and generate a good experience for their customers. Afterwards, Emilio Sierpe from Praxis Chile presented, who detailed more about the methodology applied for the recognitions. From its beginnings, to the importance of applying all the parameters of the customer experience to generate better results in the company's profitability.
After that, the winning companies were presented. BMI was awarded two awards for the second consecutive year. It received First Place in the PXI Ecuador 2024 Ranking in the Health Insurance category. In addition, a recognition was made against all brands to reward the General Ranking Ecuador 2024. Among the recognized brands were: Yanbal, Fybeca and BMI Ecuador obtaining third place for the second consecutive year.
The recognition earned by BMI underscores the value of teamwork and continued dedication to excellence in customer service. This award is a testimony of our commitment to the satisfaction and well-being of those who trust us. This recognition drives us to continue improving, thus strengthening our mission of offering exceptional experiences.
