Service makes the difference: we appreciate the recognition of the Expand company and Vistazo 2023 Magazine

Los seres humanos al ser sociales, requieren interracción y conexión con otras personas. En un mundo digitalizado, es un reto lograr satisfacer esta necesitad. Por esta razón, el evento Ranking PXI de experiencia de clientes Ecuador 2023 remarca la importancia de practicar el modelo Human to Human. En el que se muestra un lado de las marcas más humano y cercano, el cual logra genera conexiones únicas. De hecho, el compromiso de BMI es brindar la mejor atención a sus clientes para que pudan sentirse satisfechos, enfocando nuestra estrategia hacia el cliente céntrico. Este trabajo diario de todo el equipo fue reconocido el jueves 25 de mayo en el Bakers Club de Guayaquil, lugar en el que fuimos premiados, justamente por Expand, representante de la empresa chilena Praxis en Ecuador y la Revista Vistazo. Aquí recibimos dos grandes premios: 1. Tercer lugar Ranking Nacional PXI Ecuador 2023 2. Primer Lugar Ranking PXI Ecuador 2023 en el Sector Seguros de Salud. Es enorgullecedor haber alcanzado este premio, gracias al trabajo de nuestros colaboradores que demuestran día a día su amor y dedicación, que tiene el objetivo de trabajar en pro de sus clientes. Esta recompensa es para todos ellos. ¿Cómo fue el proceso de medición? Expand una empresa ecuatoriana, que tiene la representación de Praxis, una empresa chilena, que mide la experiencia del cliente, se encargó de evaluar a 63 marcas, de 13 sectores de la industria. Para identificar la opinión de los clientes, realizaron 19.194 encuestas, en la que calificaron su experiencia con las distintas marcas. Los factores evaluados fueron: efectividad, facilidad y emoción. Agradecemos a Expand y a Revista Vistazo por este reconocimiento y por su riguroso proceso de investigación. Definitivamente, este premio es un impulso para continuar ofreciendo un servicio de calidad a todos los clientes que logre cumplir con sus expectativas y ser memorable.

For this reason, the Ranking PXI customer experience Ecuador 2023 event highlights the importance of practicing the Human to Human model. In which a more human and close side of the brands is shown, which manages to generate unique connections. In fact, BMI's commitment is to provide the best service to its customers so that they can feel satisfied, focusing our strategy on customer centricity. This daily work of the entire team was recognized on Thursday, May 25 at the Bakers Club in Guayaquil, where we were awarded, precisely by Expand, representative of the Chilean company Praxis in Ecuador, and Vistazo Magazine. Here we received two great prizes:

1. Third place National Ranking PXI Ecuador 2023

2. First Place Ranking PXI Ecuador 2023 in the Health Insurance Sector.

It is proud to have achieved this award, thanks to the work of our collaborators who show their love and dedication every day, which has the objective of working for their clients. This reward is for all of them.

How was the measurement process?

Expand an Ecuadorian company, which has the representation of Praxis, a Chilean company, which measures the customer experience, was in charge of evaluating 63 brands from 13 industry sectors. To identify customer opinion, they conducted 19,194 surveys, in which they rated their experience with the different brands. The factors evaluated were: effectiveness, ease and emotion.

We thank Expand and Revista Vistazo for this recognition and for their rigorous research process. Definitely, this award is an impulse to continue offering a quality service to all clients that meets their expectations and is memorable.
