BMI Dominican Republic started 2023 on the right foot and with a well-defined objective, to achieve a cultural and technological transformation at the business level. The challenges to reach this goal are many, but the efforts to achieve it have already begun and the most recent step was the realization of an internal integration activity called team building which aims to strengthen teamwork at the business level.
This effort to achieve strong cohesion and improve internal communication is in tune with the values of BMI Headquarters, which in recent years has given its employees a leading role in achieving their business objectives.
Why a Teambuilding?
The idea of this innovative integration activity is that the entire BMI Dominican Republic team can be aligned with the importance of achieving a strong connection internally, so that the entire organizational gear can achieve its business objectives as a solid team and engaged.
But it also wants to transform the culture of BMI to strengthen the brand, through the development of competitive products and the expansion of business channels with a local and international focus. Likewise, to provide a world-class service that will only be possible by achieving efficient processes and with the support of highly committed collaborators.
