The things that should be a priority in life, we often overlook. Therefore, it is very important to take a moment to identify what it is that makes us vibrate and feel really calm and happy.

It is true that the needs and priorities vary greatly in each person. However, we find some common points intertwined to achieve well-being. Let's analyze!

Let's start by listing those four things that are fundamental in life and that we should consider prioritizing:

Take care of your health.

Of the four most important things in life, health is the first. In fact, it is something that we do not fully value until the day a mishap happens to us. Sometimes, we are not aware of how crucial it is to take care of ourselves. We forget the exercise and then we wonder why we get so tired after practicing some training, we put aside the diet, but we complain about that extra kilo of weight; we even ignore our own emotions and then want an immediate response to the stress we feel. Therefore, If we want to enjoy the time we share with others or doing what we like, it is essential to pay attention to health. If this deteriorates, the rest of life experiences are irremediably limited.

Invest in your relationships with others.

We need to establish relationships with others. With this I am not saying that we have to have a partner or children to be happy. You can be single and happy, of course. But you can't be alone and be happy. And how do you enjoy fulfilling relationships? Investing time and effort in them. Both with your partner and with friends or family, you need to find the time to connect, talk, have fun or even argue when necessary.

Establish a positive view of yourself.

Happiness and well-being begin with oneself. You are the most important person in your life, and if you haven't realized it already, it's time you did. It is not about selfishness, but simply about loving, accepting, and respecting each other. Do not compare yourself with others.

Live your purposes, values and dreams.

The true meaning of life is not found in accumulating wealth, but in giving value to the world through what you dream and what you believe. Pursue what you want and work to materialize your dreams. We all have dreams, we all have values, we also have purposes, although sometimes it is difficult for us to identify them. To be happy, to experience that feeling of well-being, you simply have to be true to your goals. Live your life according to your personal values, seeking to achieve some of your dreams and fulfill your purposes.

The curious thing about the answers is that each aspect is related to the rest and they converge with each other. For example, if you are strong and healthy, this state influences your energy, your well-being, possibly you feel like doing things and this state of mind will be reflected in the results you obtain. If you feel good about yourself, you know what you want at all times and how you want to live your life, relationships with the rest of the people around you will change and improve and if at any time you decide that there is someone you have to get away from or letting go, you will do it knowing that you do it being congruent with your values and with what you really want.

Improving in any of these areas, therefore, not only has an impact in that area, but in the other areas as well.
