Last June, an event was held together with the Colombian Cardiovascular Foundation to strengthen ties, rely on innovation and technology in terms of health offered by the Foundation from the sister Republic of Colombia, a country in which top 3 Latin American countries with the best health service.
After the incorporation of more than 15 hospitals that are part of the Colombian Provider Network to our plan MAJOR MEDICAL EXPENSES, make the official presentation to our brokers of said network and meet the representatives of the international offices of each of the health centers, began a series of conversations for presentations of benefits and services of each of them.

Our Major Medical Expenses plan is a local plan for national residents of the Dominican Republic where we offer a large number of benefits and a maximum coverage of USD 500,000 per policy year. We add to this the coverage in the Republic of Colombia for the treatment of our nationals who cannot count on it in the country.

Testimony of Success
A great achievement that FCV had at the cardiological level, where they very proudly informed us that they were able to successfully perform an artificial heart transplant, which was performed on a Dominican patient 5 years ago, Fabio Fabres, who lives in the city of Santiago de the Knights, made the decision to travel to Colombia to be treated at the FCV when all the diagnoses in the Dominican Republic told him that there was nothing else to do.
